I reside with 2 kitties. Those with sensitivities please be advised.

Everything in the shop is either handmade by me or designed from my own creation. All copyright of Original Art and Designs remain with the Artist, Cameron Reutzel.

Papercrafting and Journaling supplies are thoughtfully curated and represent many hours of hunting fork, selecting, and packaging each offering with the intent to delight and inspire. Many of these items are secondhand and will be in used condition. Please refer to my descriptions and photos. Questions are always welcome!

Everything will be carefully wrapped and mailed by me....with a handwritten note of gratitude!

Return Policy:

READY-TO-SHIP Items -->

I always strive to describe my creations with as much care as I can and take photos that represent the item as best as possible, but in the event that you are not happy with your Ready-to-Ship Item, please contact me within 3 days (weekend days included) of receiving the package. We will discuss how best to proceed. Return shipping will be at your own expense.

I will issue a refund via mode of payment for the purchase price after the item is received back to me. It must be returned in new, never worn and undamaged condition. I appreciate it being carefully wrapped for shipment to ensure it's safe arrival home.

CUSTOM/ COMMISSIONED Items:

I'm sorry, but Custom and Commissioned pieces can not be returned.

Also, please note that I am not responsible for Custom and Commissioned item(s) that may be lost or misdelivered. I appreciate you checking your mailing address to check for accuracy.

No replacements or refunds will be issued.

Once your package is in the Postal Service system, I no longer have control of how it is handled.  I have been extremely lucky and have never had a package permanently lost, so far! (knock on wood!)

I reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason.

The Purchaser will be notified in the event their order is terminated and a refund will be issued.

Cancelling a Custom Journal: In the case of Custom Grimoires and Journals, a 50% Payment is made to begin the project. The remaining 50% is collected once complete. If you change your mind within 24 hours of submitting your 1st payment, we can discuss cancelling your Order entirely and refunding your payment.

In the rare event an Order that has begun needs to be cancelled due to hardship, many factors will be considered and may not be granted. If the Book is close to completion, the order WILL NOT be cancelled and the final payment will be expected once finished.

If a Cancellation is granted past the first 24 hours of a deposit being made, the first 50% payment WILL NOT be refunded. Many hours are spent researching, scouring my Collections for perfect papers and images, looking for fabrics, planning the feel of the book even before anything is ever sewn or assembled. I dye and tea-stain papers, as well. This acts as compensation for my time. Again, if the book is close to completion, it will be finished and payment will be expected at that time. Thank you!
